Vegan chocolate cupcake recipe?
I would like to make some vegan cupcakes. The only recipes I can find call for vinegar, which I do not have. I found one that does not call for vinegar but calls for applesauce, which I also do not have.
STATE RECIPES MADE FOR CUPCAKES ONLY!
Often vegan cake recipes cannot be used to make cupcakes. They usually flatten and do not turn out right.
NO RECIPES THAT CALL FOR VINEGAR OR APPLESAUCE.
I do not have vinegar or applesauce. So Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World recipes are out of the question. I also don’t have whole wheat pastry flour, flax seed, or anything weird. I do have egg replacer, but prefer not to use it.
I want a VEGAN recipe. Nothing with eggs, dairy, honey, or any other animal/insect products.
Thanks!
Bobbi, grow up. If you think vegans are weird, then don’t be one. Without all that animal junk weighing down my digestive system, I’m a lot healthier than the average person. I’m also a lot less fat and will live longer than the average person.
Oh, and FYI: every non-vegan who has tried my desserts/baked goods has stated they are better than their non-vegan counterparts so stick that in your bagpipe and smoke it.

Vegan cupcakes are they good? (10pts!)?
I know this might sound silly but i have always wanted to become a vegan(or vegetarian) but i love baking and i never knew about VEGAN baking, so i never tried to become one..
Is there anyone that is not a vegan that has had a vegan cupcake(or cake, cookie ect)?
Was it good?
Are the cupcakes from “Vegan Cupcakes Take over the World” really good?
I guarantee 10 point to best answer.

Really? Google? I would never have thought of that on my own. Thanks a lot *sarcasm*
And yeah, it is possible because my cousin just made some a few weeks ago. She didn’t save the recipe though and doesn’t remember where she got it.
Duncan Hines cupcakes are not vegan. The cake mix made with vegan ingredients is alright for cake but makes cupcakes not turn out right. They flatten and become dense.

Can you give me vegetarian/vegan/raw ideas for a first birthday party?
My baby’s first birthday is coming up and I’m looking for some ideas for finger-foods and ‘desserts’ that toddlers can eat. I know the general fare of food is pizza, mac and cheese and sugar-loaded cakes and cookies but that is not my style and my kid can’t/won’t eat it anyway.
For health and personal reasons, these are the guidelines:
no milk/cheese products (soy is ok; eggs are ok),
no or low sugar (honey, fruit/juice or other natural sweetener preferred), no meat/poultry (fish is ok).
A cake is desired but I wouldn’t mind cupcakes, brownies or other ideas!
Again – I need ’softer’ foods that young ones can chew well and not choke on so things like carrot sticks and celery are out of the question.
Thank you all so much! I really look forward to your answers.
Thank you for the ‘insight’, JD. Actually, we don’t eat tofu in our house. I don’t like the texture. It’s so sad to see that a young man such as yourself is going to suffer later in life (sooner than you may like to think) simply because you think life without fast food, snack cakes and Jager bombs is ‘bland’.
