anyone know of a vegan cookie, muffin, or cupcake recipe that uses blueberries, and/or coconut?

i have blueberries and shredded (unsweetened) coconut and i think they would taste yummy in muffins or something.. so i would really appreciate some help in finding a recipe that calls for one or both of these
oh, and i dont have any coconut milk

those sound so good together. i googled and found:

use soy or rice milk, you’ll be fine

make any pastry vegan ..replace egg with apple sauce
